Project Team: Biological Advisory Team
Members of the Biological Advisory Team (BAT)were appointed by the Hays County Commissioners' Court, the landowner members of the Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to provide expert scientific advice in the development of the Hays County Conservation Plan.
